Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order.  Expect an email within 7-10 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.  At this point, we recommend contacting your local USPS office as soon as possible to see if they can help locate the package.  You may also want to file a claim or request a GPS delivery investigation with USPS, as they can provide additional details about where the package was delivered.

Monday - Friday 11am -3pm, 4:30pm - 7pm
Saturday 11am - 3pm
Sunday - Closed

Orders can be picked up daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for 
pickup. 

 LOCAL DELIVERY - no local delivery service.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
 For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and 
 displayed at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: No International shipping service.
