Are Chicky Skins made fresh to order?

Yes! Every order is freshly fried and prepared on a daily basis.

Where are the pickup locations?

We currently have one pickup location which is located at: 473 Stony Point Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

Hours of Operations:

Monday - Friday 11am -3pm, 4:30pm - 7pm

Saturday 11am - 3pm

Sunday - Closed

Does the pickup location carry extra stock?

No! The pickup location does not carry any extra stock. All orders must be purchased in advance at WWW.CHICKYSKINS.COM before pickup.

Can I place a bulk order?

You're always sold out, when will Chicky Skins be restocked?

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Once payment is received, it can take up to 7-10 business days to process and fulfill your order. From there your order will be shipped out standard shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We encourage local customers to take advantage of our local pick ups for faster service. Pick up location: 473 Stony Point Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

When will my local pick up order be ready?

Once payment is received, local pick up orders will typically take 5-7 business days to process and fulfill orders. Pick up location: 473 Stony Point Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the US.

Can I change my shipping order to local pick up?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to local pick up.

Returns / Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Yes we do! However, due to the nature of our products we can only accept unopened items. Please note that retuns/refunds are based on approval and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does it take to get a refund?

In most cases, you will receive the refund within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.
